We want this service to be usable by everyone

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website and student portal. Current improvements include keyboard skip links, visible focus, labelled forms, semantic page regions, text alternatives, responsive layouts, and screen-reader status messages.

Help and alternative formats

If a page, form, document, colour, control, or portal workflow is difficult to use, contact admin@alphaedu.com.au. Tell us the page, the problem, the device or assistive technology used, and the format or assistance needed.

Known limitations

Some legacy public pages and third-party documents may not yet fully meet the target. Commercial release requires automated and manual keyboard, zoom, contrast, and screen-reader testing.
