Website and portal terms

Information, not a guarantee

Website articles and destination information are general information. Admission, visa, employment, migration, scholarship, and financial outcomes depend on individual circumstances and third-party decisions and are not guaranteed.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may be suspended to protect a student, the agency, or the service.

Documents and instructions

Students are responsible for reviewing submissions and providing authentic, complete documents. The portal records workflow progress but does not replace formal advice, written agreements, provider requirements, or government instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unrelated material; attempt to access another user’s information; disrupt the service; or test security without written authorisation.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to education providers, insurers, government services, email providers, hosting, or backup services governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, and security events can affect availability. Important application information should also be retained through approved agency records and backups.
